Which Bass amp would be better for pop punk, Ampeg BA115 or the Orange Crush PIX CR100BXT?
The both have the same watts (100) and the same size speaker (15"). I've saved up for the 2 basses that I wanted (Fender American Vintage '57 Precision Bass and the Fender Highway 1 Jazz Bass, both loaded with Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounds) and they deserve to play through a better amp than the crappy one that I have now. I play pop punk, indie and alternative (Blink 182, Green Day, Simple Plan, Rise Against, Arctic Monkeys, RHCP, The Bouncing Souls etc.) Which of these 2 would you recommend for this type of music, or would you recommend a completely different amp? It doesn't have to be huge because I only play small gigs
